Good Friday Morning everyone!!!! I finally have 
something new to share with ya'll. Used some new DP I bought at Jo-Anne's with some older DP I had stashed away. The flower in the centre was stamped with Sahara Sand (SU) rock and rolled in Purely Pomegranite (SU). The leaves are Old Olive (SU) and the flower in the centre is Prisma Flowers. The sentiment is from All Year Cheer III and one I loved so much I bought the sent almost exclusively for it (good thing for me there's a ton of great saying in that set - unfortunately it's retired now :-(.

I'll be taking lots of pics of the goodies I've made and posting it on here in the next couple of days. So please keep looking back.
Today is also Friday and the weekend we have my stepson. I have to drive all the way to South Haven to go get him. This is my firts trip there and I'm a bit nervous driving there by myself. Once I've been I'll be fine for future trips it's always just the very first trip, getting to know the roads and hopefully not getting lots - although we call getting lost a creative "shortcut" LOL.

Enjoy the togetherness. This is a great card. I'm seeing several blog posts that feature simpler designs, fewer steps, easier compositions for us beginners to achieve. Keep it up. I love them and my eye doesn't get so distracted trying to figure out all the elements instead of enjoying the card.
